You send last year's AP-by-vendor (or a messy spreadsheet). We return action dates, dollars at risk, a calendar file, and drafted letters for up to 15 contracts.

• Action date = renewal minus notice days. Civil dates, not timezone guesses.
• Calendar (.ics) with a one-day alarm on every open window.
• Non-renewal / renegotiation drafts you send in the method the contract named.
• Then keep using the workspace (free for 5, Desk $39/mo) or take the CSV and leave.

Operations work, not legal advice. Cards go through Stripe when the pay button is live. Otherwise we invoice first.
