Refunds & cancellation
Last updated September 19, 2026. This is an operational draft for a new product. Have licensed counsel review it before taking live payments.
Monthly plans
Cancel anytime from the workspace plan page (or by contacting support once live billing is connected). Access continues through the end of the paid month. We do not prorate months already started.
Annual plans
If you request a refund within 14 days of the annual charge and have not stored more than five contracts, we will refund the annual fee. After 14 days, annual fees are not refunded; you may still cancel renewal.
Free plan
Free workspaces can be deleted on request. There is no charge to cancel.
How to cancel
Email holdfast@forevermeridian.com or use Plan inside the app to switch to Free. Stripe customer-portal cancellation is available after a paid subscription is created.
Chargebacks
Contact us before disputing a charge. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account closure.
