What is Holdfast?

A calendar reminder is almost always set on the renewal date. By then the notice window is closed and the vendor already won. Holdfast subtracts the notice period and treats that earlier date as the real deadline.

No. Holdfast calculates the action date, keeps the money-at-risk view current, and drafts the letter or email. You send it through the method the contract requires.
